Barbara Teti Dastoli

She was born May 13, 1929 in Filadelfia, Provincia di Catanzaro, Italy to the late Francesco and Anna (Bertucca) Teti.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and knitting and spent most of her time raising her treasured grandchildren. She will be most remembered for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and her love and devotion for her family.

She will be dearly missed by, daughter Laura Bonelli and her husband Dino of Cromwell; son Foca Dastoli and his wife Rae Janise; daughter Anna Caruso and her husband Frank; son Frank Dastoli and his wife Josephine; son Joseph Dastoli; son Giovanni Dastoli; son Mario Dastoli and his wife Sally; and son Vincent Dastoli and his wife Cynthia, all of Berlin. She is also survived by a sister, Francesca ‘Vittoria’ Galati of Berlin; brothers Frank Teti and wife Catherine; Teodoro Teti and wife Veronica, both of New Britain; and sixteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Vincenzo Dastoli and her granddaughter Stacey Lyn Dastoli.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 10:00 at St. Paul Church, 485 Alling St., Berlin, CT, friends are asked to gather at church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, May 29th, 2013 from 4-7pm at New Britain Memorial – Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain .
