Nancy Ann Hartman, met her Lord and Savior June 20th, 2018 in New Braunfels, Texas. Nancy was born July 17th, 1954 to James Henry Long and Mary Louise (Curling) Long in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Hartman was proceeded in death by her parents.
Nancy’s greatest joy and what she considered her greatest accomplishments were her children. During her life she explored many career paths including being a florist, a baker, and working in the medical field. All of these paths gave her a way to touch the lives of others.
She cherished the Lord with dedicated faith as a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in New Braunfels. She instilled the love of Christ into her children and was a devout Christian woman even through her final illness.
She adored her grandchildren and her love of family was foremost in how she sought happiness. Her life was simple but a reflection of the things that matter most to us all. Fellowship, family and friendship.
She is survived by her son Charles Motz V. Daughter Laura Ann (Motz) Tyler and her husband Stephen Tyler all of New Braunfels. Brother James (Mickey) Long and his wife Thelma Long of San Antonio. Sister Nonnie Tunnel and her husband Greg Tunnel of Newalla, Oklahoma. Grandchildren Charles (Lane) Motz, Austin Motz, Skyla Zech, Jarett Tyler and Trevor Tyler.
