Michael Lawerence Palmer

Michael Palmer, of New Braunfels, Texas was received by the Lord on Sunday, December 13 ,2020 at the age of 54. Michael, known as Mike, was born on October 20, 1966 in Fayetteville North Carolina to Norma Cina and Larry Palmer. Mike was the oldest of two sons. He married the love of his life, Heidi Ann Langner on March 20, 1988. They enjoyed travelling together around the U.S. and spending time with their children and grandchildren. They also visited various places in the world. Mike was a devoted husband, father, brother, son, and grandfather. He was a man of many talents and industries and spent the last nineteen years as a dedicated service specialist with Ecolab Pest Elimination. He was a man of many hobbies through his life. Such as riding his Harley Davidson, Bowling with the Bracken Club League, and spending weekends on his dirt bike at various motorcross tracks in Texas.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandmother Laura Cina of Killeen Texas. He is survived by his mother and father Norma and J.B. Sumerlin, his grandfather Gabriel Cina, siblings Derrick Palmer, Mary Ellen Jonas, Joan Ebner, Victor Sumerlin and Gail Craft and their spouses; his wife of 32 years, Heidi Langner Palmer, his daughters Lauren Palmer, Holly Palmer and Skylar Hamilton, Kimberly Palmer and Adrian Monjaras, Kendra and Colton Hollick, his grandchildren Jasper Robert Brandau, Emmylou Elizabeth Hollick as well as many aunts, uncles, sister and brother in laws, and many nieces and nephews. As well as his four fur babies Cinco, Coco, Prim and Mocha.

A Memorial Celebration will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kidd’s Kids of the Kidd Kraddick morning show to honor Mike’s love of children and giving heart.
