Todd was born February 20, 1963 to Harriett Ruth Cobb Feulner and Raymond Elbert

Webb in Texarkana, Texas.

Todd attended Danbury High School in Danbury, Texas and graduated class of 1981.

He enjoyed playing sports, especially football, throughout high school. After high school,

he attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where he graduated in

1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology-Sales and Distribution.

While he was in college, he became a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Gamma Tau

Chapter.

Todd started his career in the shipping industry in Houston, Texas after graduation. He

married Melissa Reist on November 11, 1989 and shortly after that was transferred to

Dallas, Texas with a promotion. Todd and Melissa had their first daughter, Jessica,

before moving to Sugar Land, Texas where they had their second daughter, Rachel.

While his daughters were still young, Todd took no time turning them into Dallas

Cowboy fans and deer lease campers. As his daughters grew up, he loved cheering

them on at swim meets and volleyball games. Todd was a wonderful father and provider

to his family.

One of his favorite times of the year was hunting season. He loved spending time with

his daughters, brothers, nieces, cousins, and family friends at the deer leases in West

Texas. He shot several big bucks that were later made into fried backstrap with gravy,

which was his favorite holiday meal.

Todd also loved going to the annual get togethers with his Kappa Alpha pledge brothers.

Todd was also known for his sense of humor which was persistent until his last days.

He worked in the shipping industry for over 30 years and received several leadership

promotions. He was able to travel all over the world for his job and see many historical

landmarks. He became a very seasoned businessman, and even made several long

lasting relationships with clients and coworkers around the globe. Todd very much loved

his family and friends.

Towards the end of Todd’s life, he and Melissa moved to the beautiful Canyon Lake,

Texas where he enjoyed spending his time hiking with his family in the Hill Country.

He will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him.

Todd is preceded in death by father, Raymond Webb; step mother Katherine Webb;

sister, Karen Webb; and Grandparents.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Melissa Webb; daughter Jessica Webb Markee

and her husband Bryan Markee; daughter Rachel Webb; mother Harriett Feulner and

step father Lou Feulner; brother Tom Webb and wife Beth Brigden Webb; sister Deanna

Webb; brother Troy Webb and wife Peri Karacan Webb; sister Kathy Hicks and

husband Perry Hicks; sister Suzanne Strom and husband Brad Strom and many nieces

and nephews.

Rosary will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 9:45am followed by the funeral

mass at 10:30am, both taking place at St Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, 180 St.

Thomas Drive, Canyon Lake, Texas 78133. Father Carlos will be officiating the service.

Interment will follow at Fischer Cemetery, 12300 Ranch to Market 32, Fischer, Texas
