Vicki Powell Heath

She was a devoted follower of Christ, a faithful wife to Carlton F. Heath, Jr. for 35 years, a mother to Rev. Daniel Heath (Ashley) of Wilson, and proud grandmother to Malachi, Noah, and Larkyn. She is also survived by her mother, Bettie M. Jones, and siblings Linda Webb (Doug) of Wilson and Eric Jones (Jordan) of New Bern. Beyond these, she was a role-model to many.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. David Powell.

Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2017 at CrossRoads Baptist Church, of which she was a charter member, with the Rev. Buford Lewis and Dr. Douglas Murray officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. Burial will be at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
