Sheila Kay (Noland) Hall

Sheila Hall was born on July 30th 1956 to Charlie and Margaret Noland in Portsmouth, Virginia. She married Jeffrey Hall in 1975, going on to have two girls, Lisa Jolly and Tabitha Grummert. Sheila Hall was predeceased by her husband, Jeffrey Hall, who passed away in May of 2021. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Jolly and Tabitha Grummert, her three grandchildren, Blake & Tyler Jolly and Riley Grummert which meant the most to her. She is also survived by her sisters; Beverly Bolt and Valerie Chappell, her brother, Ricky Noland and predeceased by Rodney Noland.

Sheila was fiercely dedicated to being a grandma, Mama/MeMe. Family came first and was above all else to Sheila, a value she instilled in all those around her. Our mother, Sheila, was one of the strongest, most courageous and kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family.

Sheila dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. She excelled at propping up and supporting her family and friends through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She filled her home with warmth and kindness. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

The family requests that all flowers and notes be sent to: Cotten Funeral Home. The family will receive the flowers on Saturday, January 8th 2022 at the funeral home and transport them to her celebration of life at Sheila's home at 2:00pm.
