Roscoe Howard Case, 96 of Jasper, went home to glory, January 15, 2012.
As a businessman, he was the owner of a convenient store in Fort Barnwell and then later in Jasper. Roscoe was a dedicated Christian and a true inspiration to everyone. He helped raise money for many worthy causes by collecting drink tabs. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Manning Case, his parents, Horace and Addie Case, two brothers, Wade Case and William Case and six sisters, Hazel Boodle, Mary Magdalene Taylor, Bessie Roberts, Loffie Hinson, Mable Ernest and Neta Wilson.
Roscoe is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
