She is survived by her, World of Warcraft (she was a Beta tester), guild leader & longtime friend, RB Nelson (Arrgor, Tauren Warrior, For the Horde) A lifetime resident of the Bronx, NY until she decided, late in life to take a chance (after a brief sojourn in Poughkeepsie, NY.) & moved to Columbia, MD to share my household after meeting in WoW. Her medical contractor skills took her to Dallas, TX. & Gulf Port, LA. until she finally decided to move again & found a home in New Bern, NC.
She has said her time a Carolina East Medical Center were some of the best & she always had wonderful things to say about the people she worked with over the last few years. She was an avid Knitter creating wonderful, knitted clothing & Items over decades, gifted to many friends. I will cherish my 4th Doctor Who (Tom Baker) scarf that she painstakingly recreated to closely match the 18 ft one he wore on the show (mines just over 13ft, she felt 18 was just too much for reality).
She loved pets & animals of all types, but especially her dogs, Cuddles (who passed in 2015) and Goldie & Cat, Sam, both of whom have found new forever homes locally & in Sam's case, Maryland. Her other two kitties, Bennie & Timmy, are fostered with Colonial Capital Humane Society
Lastly, she was a lifelong Disney World fan, we enjoyed two different visits to the parks in Florida that were extraordinary to say the least, to bad i can't take her ashes there, she would have loved that as final resting place.
