She was a member of Cherry Point Baptist Church and the Basket Weavers Association of North Carolina. She was proprietor of Handworks Handmade Baskets and Crafts in Havelock, NC.
She remains cherished by her husband, Norman Libby, daughter and son-in-law Jenifer and Gary Itenson, two grandsons, Christopher and Warren Itenson, two brothers Don Wallace and Victor Wallace, and sister, Celia Gunter. She is also remembered by extended family John Winton Wallace, Frances Mercedes Wallace, and Demetrius and Jacqueline Louise Cassaway.
Kathy will be dearly missed as beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, teacher, and friend. Through her endeavors, she wove many lives together.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013, 11 am, at Cherry Point Baptist Church in Havelock, NC. Receving of friends will be held one hour prior starting at 10 am.
