James Kenneth "Ken" Williams

Kenneth was born on February 20th, 1947 in Greenville, NC. He is survived by his wife, Martha; his son Austin Williams and wife Becca; his daughter Renn Carroll and husband Shawn; his grandchildren Connor Carroll, Hayden Carroll, Asher Williams and Lettie Williams; brother Ronnie Williams and wife Judy; and six nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Steve Williams and his parents Hugo and Clara Williams.

Kenneth will be remembered for his big heart, his love of life, and his gift of engaging others. He could light up any room with his energy and laughter, which was unceasing. Kenneth was passionate about hunting and fishing and was happiest when he was in the woods or on the water enjoying God’s creation with friends and family.

The family will receive visitors at Cotten Funeral Home on Sunday, March 15th from 5-7 pm. Services will be held at Garber United Methodist Church on Monday, March 16th at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow.
