Mrs. Warner was born in Morehead City, NC, and was the daughter of the late Leb and Gertrude Buck. She was an avid philanthropist who donated her time and talents to organizations like the Miriam Ministry and Teen Challenge. Mrs. Warner attended Glad TidingsChurch of Morehead City, NC. She was most proud of her large family that extended beyond blood and marriage.
She is survived by her husband, Francis Emmit Warner; daughter, Patricia Warner Haynes and husband, John Richard Haynes, daughters-in-law: Karin Elisabeth Warner and Lois Lewter Warner; and son-in-law, Billy Ray Williams; 13 grandchildren: Phillip, Jacquelyn(Trent), Christine, Evan, Elizabeth, Joshua, Jason, Hannah, Dacie, Alexis, Nathan, Jared, and Sara; and four great-grandchildren: Courtney, Trenton, Carson, and Tatum. She is also survived by nephews and nieces who held a very special place in her heart. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and children: Richard Leb Warner, Michael Patrick Warner, and Gina Warner Williams.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00am Thursday,October 29, 2020 Cotten Funeral Home and Crematory 2201 Neuse Blvd. New Bern, NC 28560.
