Donna Regan

Donna Regan, age 59, of New Bern, NC passed away on Monday July 2, 2018. After suffering for several years with Early-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease, Donna died peacefully with her husband by her side. Loving wife of Richard W. Regan, devoted Step-Mother of Staff Sergeant Patrick Regan (USA) and his wife Ashley of Augusta, ME, Sister-in-law of Mike and Clare Pabian of Bedford, MA, Sister-in-law of Patrick and Tracy Regan of New York, NY and Sister-in-law of Phyllis Regan and her husband Chris Romano of Manchester, NH. Mother of Tom and his wife Lizzi-Beth Spence of Taylors, SC, Mother of Jon Scott of Winterville, NC. Sister of Tammy Clark of Aiken, SC. Aunt of Michael and Brian Pabian, Cash and Charlie Regan, Christa Turner and Jake Winburn. A memorial service will be arranged for at a future date.
