Rosemary L. dos Santos

Rosemary L. (Costa) dos Santos, age 68 of Fairhaven, passed unexpectedly Saturday, June 6, 2020 in her residence. She was the loving wife of Manuel A. dos Santos to whom she had been married for 50 years.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Richard M. Costa Sr. and the late Emily (Viator) Costa, she was a 1969 graduate of Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech. Rosemary was employed as a Cafeteria Worker for the Fairhaven Public School System. She enjoyed online gaming, Facebook, watching Days of our Lives, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Jason dos Santos and his wife Rachel of New Bedford; a daughter Julianne dasNeves and her husband Kevin of New Bedford; five grandchildren Daniel Buelterman, Jr., Ariel and Brandon dos Santos, Kayla and Chloe dasNeves; a brother Richard M. Costa Jr.; three sisters Judith E. Luce, Cindy A. Chartier, and Rita M. Mendell, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Rosemary was predeceased by her daughter Andrea L. dos Santos.
