Paul S. Allain, 84, of New Bedford passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 in The Oaks after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Thaddee J. and Rosalie (Leblanc) Allain he was a lifelong city resident. He was a communicant of the former St. Joseph’s Church.
Mr. Allain served in the United State Army during the Korean War. He later worked at the New Bedford Air Port and for Coastline Elderly as a site manager.
He is survived by two brothers, Arthur and Omer Allain of New Bedford and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Cecile Silveira and Frank, David, Zoel, and Rene Allain, Sr.
His memorial visitation will be Friday, February 24, 2017 5-8 pm in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial will be Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11 am in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
