Patricia M. Buckley-Salmon

Born in Norwood, a daughter of the late George W. Buckley and Claire G. (Toomey) Buckley, she had resided in Somerset for many years before moving to New Bedford 3 years ago.

She was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School in Easton.

Patricia had worked as a dispatcher for Columbia Gas Company for over 20 years.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading and writing. She loved animals, especially her grand dog babies. Family meant the world to Patricia. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren whom she adored.

Her family includes her children, Alexis Buffington and her husband Sean of Hingham, Keith Leonard and his wife Nicole of NH and Ryan Salmon of Somerset; her grandchildren, Joseph, Olivia, Spencer and Scarlett; her siblings, Barbara and Steve Murphy of Abington, Peggy and Peter Palm of Easton, Beverly and David Gill of NH, Gretchen and Jim McGann of Taunton, Lisa and Jimmy Silvia of Taunton, William Buckley of Carver, Kevin and Vivian Buckley of Westwood, Kimberly Buckley of Easton and Brian Buckley of Easton; and many nieces and nephews.

Her Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase St., So. Easton, MA. A gathering will be held in the church hall following the Mass.
