TERESA ANNE (HOFFMAN) JORDEN, 75, died Monday, May 30, 2011. The daughter of the late Francis and Frances Mary (Zonkoski) Hoffman was born May 30, 1936 in Wheeling, WV. She was a retired registered nurse and active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in New Albany. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jorden.
Survivors include her children: Michael Jorden (Pamela) of Sterling VA, Mark Jorden (Jean) of Normal IL, Matthew Jorden (Jennifer) of New Albany IN and Maureen Campbell (Michael) of Sellersburg IN; siblings, John Hoffman, C. Thomas Hoffman and Patricia Campbell; grandchildren, Meredith, Samantha, Mia, Kylie, Luke, Evan, Liam and Landon.
Visitation from 3:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. Her Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial following at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
