Roosevelt "Teddy" Deeb George

Roosevelt Deeb “Teddy” George, 89 years of age died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. He was born June 3, 1925 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Deeb and Fannie George, Sr. Teddy was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during both World War II and the Korean War. Along with his parent, he was preceded in death by 7 siblings. The family wishes to thank the staff of Kindred Sellersburg Health and Rehab for the wonderful care they provided over the 11 years Teddy spent there. Survivors include his son, Stephen George; granddaughter, Nikki Conley; great grandchildren, Cole and Jordyn Conley; brother, Deeb George, Jr.; sister, Juanita Story; numerous nieces and nephews A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
