Harry David DeMent

Harry David DeMent, 86, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away February 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on June 25, 1934 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Harry D. and Elizabeth Schneider DeMent. He was retired from S&S Tool. He was an avid woodworker and animal lover. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Pinnick DeMent; and three siblings, Robert "Jack" DeMent, Dorothy Bryant and Howard "Bill" DeMent. Harry is survived by his children, Agnes (Bryan) Babb, David (Karen) DeMent and Stephanie (Roger) Campbell; three grandchildren, Darin Babb, Devin Babb and Rebekah DeMent; siblings, Donna Crowley, Eva Jean Hanover- Grimes and Albert DeMent; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road. Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021 with entombment to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
