Frank L. Appleby

Frank L. Appleby, 90 years of age passed away Sunday January 12, 2020. He was born November 27, 1929 in New Albany, IN to the late George and Mirtle Appleby. Frank retired from Lang Auto Service in New Albany after 44 years of employment and then went on to work at Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany for nearly 20 years. He was a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church and was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years Joyce in 2011. He is survived by his grandson, Michael Noe, sisters-in-law, Shirley Appleby, and Wilma Brooner, daughter-in-law, Judy Keller, and his church family. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church, 1787 Klerner Ln., New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service will be held 12:00 pm Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN.
