Emma Jean Sadler

Emma Jean Sadler, 88, died Monday, April 14, 2014 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was born March 22, 1926 in Owensville, Indiana to the late Noble and Lydia Lucas. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Sadler. She was a very active member of Wesley Chapel UMC and had retired from the New Albany-Floyd County School Corporation after more than 20 years as cafeteria manager at Hazlewood. Survivors include: Children: Stephen Sadler (Diana) Martha Biesel (Tom) Grandchildren: Melissa, Aaron, and Gina Biesel Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Thursday at Wesley Chapel UMC, 2100 Hwy 150, Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be noon Thursday at the church with private burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
