Delores Ann (Missi) Karter

Delores Ann Karter, 85, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of New Albany, Indiana passed away Monday, August 14, 2023. She was born on June 18, 1938, in New Albany, Indiana to the late Francis Raymond Missi and Devinia Agnes Missi. She was of the Catholic Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard E. Karter Jr. and sister Mary Lou Kruer. Delores is survived by her son, Larry Karter; daughter, Karena Trumble; and grandchildren, Damion, Danie and Dustin Karter. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, August 21, 2023, at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 11am on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church,415 East 8th Street, New Albany, IN 47150 with burial to follow in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.
