Clara Mae (Grinstead) Bailey

Clara M. (Grinstead) Bailey, 77, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022. The daughter of the late Curtis L. and Anna Laura Moulder Grinstead, Clara was born July 26, 1944 in Smith Grove, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Bailey, and siblings, Mary, Perlina, and Vivian.

Clara is survived by her children, Sylvia Masingo (Tony) and C.J. Bailey (Vicky); grandchildren, Courtney Pierre (Dymitry), Renee Masingo, Jessica Olney (Chris), and Jonathan Kyle Bailey; great grandchildren, Destiney and Kyro; her brother, Larry Grinstead (Sue); and other relatives.

Visitation will be 11 am ~ 2 pm Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 2 pm Tuesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private burial following in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
