Alma L. Cox

Alma L. Cox, 83 years of age passed away on March 6, 2020 in New Albany. She was born June 26, 1936 in New Albany to the late Allan and Myrtle (Streble) Smith. Alma worked at the Elks Lodge in New Albany and retired from the New Albany Tribune. She was preceded in death by her husband William J. Cox in 2011. Survivors include her sons, Anthony and Mark Cox, sister, Bessie Rainbolt, grandchildren, Maresa Kelly and Michael Thilo, and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10:00 am until 2:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home chapel with private burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
