Tracy Lynn Moreland

Tracy will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 19 years, Darlene, and his 5 children Tana Gagnon (Robert), Brent Moreland (Kristin), Brandy Griggs (Mark), Aimee Lester, and Natalie Lester. Tracy will also be greatly missed by his mother Burma Moreland, sister Gina Taylor, niece Rachel Taylor, and 8 grandchildren Trevor, Alyssa, Mac, Ava, Tucker, Jada, Luke and Caleb. Tracy was preceded in death by his father, Butch Moreland and his brother, Mark Moreland.

Tracy lived his life dedicated to his family, friends, and football. As a die-hard fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and Tennessee Titans, any weekend he could be found watching football games in his Tennessee mancave or tailgating at a Titans game. His family was his world, and his grandchildren loved nothing more than Peepaw’s grilled tenderloin at all family gatherings.

A Funeral Service will be held in memory of Tracy on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the Mt. Olivet Funeral Home & Cemetery located at 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210 . The family will be receiving condolences through visitation on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow services on Tuesday.
