Stedman Vaughn Allen, Jr. age 66, passed away at his home on May 28, 2014. Born in Memphis, TN to Stedman “Ted” Vaughn Allen, Sr. and Mary Ann Harris; survived by loving wife, Brenda Kemp Allen; one son, Matthew Allen of Nashville, TN; daughter, Lindsey (Jeremy) Hogg of Nashville, TN; two sisters, Kathleen Allen and Claire Upchurch both of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, Izzy, Chloe, Ileigh, Jax and Beau. Vaughn was a consultant for the steel industry and enjoyed his hobbies of fishing, hunting and golf. He was a loving father and faithful believer in Jesus Christ. For years he dedicated his time working with the youth at Harpeth Hills. Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, two o’clock in the afternoon, the thirty first of May at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ, 1949 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN 37027. Visitation with family and friends, Friday from four o’clock until eight o’clock at the church, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
