She is predeceased by her husband, William Berry Hudson, Jr., of 54 years.
She is survived by three children, William (Mary) Hudson, Susan Hammer, and Linda Hudson and five grandchildren, Erica Hammer, Christopher Hammer, Patrick Hammer, Jeffrey Hudson and Rachel Hudson, five great grandchildren, Haley Hammer, Hollie Haller, Hope Haller, Kayleigh Hammer, Brayden Hammer, and Lifelong friend Vivienne Graham and son Ray Mabe, and numerous friends and associates from Bell South/AT&T and Communication Workers of America. She worked 39 years for AT&T, she enjoyed playing the piano and singing.
A special thanks to Dr. James Powers and Dr. Rob Hood at VUMC and to her home caregivers, Jennifer Greer, Deanna Graham, Tesera G. Ralston and Jessica Naff.
A public visitation will be held Friday December 27, 2024, from 12:00 pm until the funeral service 2:00 pm all held at Mount Olivet Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210.
