Reza Soltani, age 91, born May 31, 1923 in Kerman, Iran; died Dec 3rd 2014 in Nashville TN.
He is survived by his wife Nosrat as well as 5 sons and 9 grandchildren.
He founded the Department of Pathology at National University of Iran and taught pathology for many years at Vanderbilt University before becoming chair of Pathology at Meharry Medical College. He retired 18 years ago with the distinction Professor Emeritus.
A memorial service will be held Saturday December 6 from 3-5 at the Baha’i Center located at 1556 Bell Rd Nashville TN.
