Pamela Gayle Bauer

Pamela Gayle Bauer, 60, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on January 24, 2021 at Nathan Adelson Hospice after a long and hard-fought battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her Father, James Wilson and brother-in-law, Jerry Potts.

Pam was born on September 2, 1960 in Nashville, TN and was the daughter of Joyce Wilson and the late James Wilson. Pam graduated from Antioch High School in 1978 and obtained her degree in nursing from Aquinas College in 1998. She and Pat were married in Nashville, TN on April 6, 1979 at Tusculum Presbyterian Church. They have three children. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Pam worked at Centennial Medical Center in the NICU for 12 years.

She had many passions in life and enjoyed Notre Dame football, traveling, cruises, listening to Queen, writing, working hard, and doing a variety of different crafts for those she loved.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Wilson of Murfreesboro, her husband Patrick Bauer Sr., her children Kelley Bauer, Jennifer Bauer, Patrick Newell (Joey), sisters Vickie Potts and Wendy (Chris) Beggin, brother Jimmy (Kathy) Wilson; five grandchildren: Patrick Zlotnicki, Matthew Zlotnicki, Jaxon Newell, Evan Newell, and Luke Newell; 5 nieces: Jessica (Jonathan) Hickerson, Jamie Burns, Lauren (Neylan) Barber, Courtney (Tommy) Johnson, and Emily (Blake) Allen; 3 nephews: Joe (Dana) Woodard, Jake (Darinka) Beggin, and Kyle Wilson.

Visitation will be held at Marshall-Donnelly Combs Funeral Home on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 4-8pm. A final gathering will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 12pm-1pm for those unable to attend on Thursday. Funeral services will be held at Marshall-Donnelly Combs Funeral Home on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 1pm. A burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Patrick Newell, Joey Newell, Jaxon Newell, Chris Beggin, Chris Zlotnicki, and Jonathan Hickerson.
