Margaret B. Rich

Mrs. Rich was preceded in death by her husband, Albert R. Rich, Jr.; parents, Margaret Mary MCKee and Walter A. Bevington, Sr.; brother, Walter A. Bevington, Jr.

She is survived by daughters, Peggy Rich and Paula Rich; granddaughter, Josie Rich; nieces, Sally Bevington, Ellen Bevington, all of Nashville, Julie Rich, Ellen Rich, Sarah Hall all of Kingsport, TN, Susan Allison (Dan) of Arden, NC, Carol Payne (Gill) of Easley, SC; brothers-in-law, Bill Rich (Jean) of Hendersonville, Paul Rich (Shirley) of Kingsport, TN and by numerous great-nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Rich was a graduate of St. Bernard Academy and retired from WSM, Inc., in 1955 after 14 years of service. She was an active member of the Ladies of Charity from 1956 until her death, holding numerous offices included Membership Chairman, Corresponding Secretary, and Publicity Chairman. She was also a member of the St. Thomas Hospital Auxiliary and a Communicant of Christ the King since 1964, where she was a member of the Women’s Council.

A Rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs FH with a visitation to follow from 4-7 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Christ the King Catholic Church with visitation 1 hour prior. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
