Laurie (Simpkins Klinge) Shiosaki, age 51, peacefully passed away at home on June 22, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 14, 1967. She graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1985 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University.
Laurie and her daughter Keelee relocated to Nolensville, Tennessee in 2015. She married Randy Shiosaki in 2016, and they lived together in both Long Beach, California and Nolensville, Tennessee before relocating to Franklin, Tennessee.
Laurie is survived by her husband Randall Shiosaki; daughter Keelee Klinge; mother Debby (Chadwick) Chestnut; father and his wife Ronald Stanley and Linda Simpkins; brother Ronald Simpkins; step-brother and his wife Kevin and Wendy Shadday; step-brother and his wife Brian and Adrienne Shadday; step-sister Angie Sanner; nephew Jason Simpkins; and niece Shayna Baranowski.
Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 2:30pm at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Woodlawn Memorial Park. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 12:30 until service time. In lieu of flowers, Laurie’s wish would be for donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (www.ocrahope.org).
