Joey was a kind, gentle soul that never met a stranger. His family describes him as sunshine on a cloudy day. He enjoyed fishing and drawing.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Larry Huber and Kathy Green, maternal and paternal grandparents, and uncle, Stevie Stevenson.
He is survived by his stepfather, Victor Green; sister, Angelia (Nick) Neumann; special friend, Tanithia Webb, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation is Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home from 4pm until 8pm, and also on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 11am until 1pm.
The Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1pm with Bro. Terry Briley officiating.
Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
