Our beloved Judi Ann Greenfield Ballard passed away suddenly on Friday October 15, 2021 at the age of 77.
She was born in Nashville, TN to Hardin Thomas and Addie Lou Greenfield on July 12, 1944.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jackie W. Ballard Sr. Her son Jackie W. Ballard Jr. Her two grandchildren Bailee and Brycen Ballard. She is also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and close loving friends.
Visitation services will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home Saturday October 23, 2021 from 10am to 12pm, with a funeral service to immediately follow at 12pm.
