John Daniel Newman, 66, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024. Born in Greenville, Kentucky, on October 29, 1958, John was a devoted husband to Janet Marie Newman, whom he married on August 5, 1989. They shared 35 wonderful years together.
A man of deep faith, John believed in Jesus Christ as his Savior and spent much of his life reading and studying Scripture. He found joy in listening to gospel music and cherished his family above all else. John is survived by his loving family, who will miss him dearly.
A celebration of John’s life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Tulip Grove Baptist Church, 563 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN 37138.
John will be remembered with love and affection by all who knew him.
