Floyd Ray Bradshaw

On Saturday June 15, 2019, Floyd Ray Bradshaw, age 78, died from Congestive Heart Failure at his home in Kingston Springs, TN. He married the love of his life, Jeanette Reese Bradshaw, on October 21, 1961. Ray was raised in Harriman, TN, Athens, AL and Nashville, TN. He retired from Cheatham County Board of Education in Maintenance for all Cheatham County Schools. Ray loved to fish, gamble, but most of all, he loved his family. He is preceded in death by son, David Ray, parents, Bruce (Thursie) and Mary Carter Bradshaw, brothers, Bill (Norma), Cecil (Roberta), and brother-in-law, Marvin Culvahouse. He is survived by his wife, Baby Doll Jeanette, his sister, Evelyn Culvahouse, honorary brother, Larry Reese, son, Danny (Janet) Bradshaw, grandchildren Rachael (Jon) Thomason, Timothy (Alexandra) Bradshaw, Leah (Richard) Bradshaw, Teresa (Mike) Bosh, Kimberly Newby, great grandchildren Lincoln, Carter, McKinlee, Trenton, Zaylah, Matthew, William, Mason, Riley, Brenah, Kaley and granddogs Rachet, Huey, Dixie, Storm and Roto and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. A gathering of friends and family will be held Tuesday June 18, 2019 from 4 to 8pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Wednesday June 19, 2019 from 8 to 11:30am. Funeral service and a celebration of life to follow in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall with Kenneth Reese to officiate.
