Mrs. Knight is survived by her son, John A. (Brenda) Knight; granddaughter, Jennifer Knight (Kyle) Lingo; great-great-granddaughter, Emma Rose Lingo; sister, Dot Briggs; nieces and nephews, Ray Briggs, Terry Briggs, Rose Ann Bedwell, Shirley McClearn, Cathy Moore and Bill Phillips.
A celebration of life will be conducted 10:00 Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in the chapel of Eastland Funeral Home wtih Bob Bush officiating. Burial will follow in Nashville National Cemetery, Madison, TN.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Knight at a visititon Monday, September 29, 2014 from 1:00 until 8:00 at Eastland Funeral Home.
