Mrs. Locke lived in Nashville for over 70 years. She graduated from Hume Fogg High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband Homer Locke.
Edith was survived by her daughters, Barbara Locke, Kathryn (Bobby) Bubis; Grandsons Eddie (Sandi) Loper, Brent (Sydney) Bubis, Michael (Beatiz) Bubis; great-grandchildren, Ella and Braeden; great-great-grandchild Rylan Baker.
She enjoyed being with family, sewing, playing bridge and growing beautiful flowers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6,from 4pm until 7pm at Woodlawn -Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville TN. On Tuesday, June 7, a visitation will be held at 10:00 am, Following will be a service held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home at 11:00 am.
