Todd Ray Hendershot, 64, of Heltonville died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 1, 2020 in his home. He was born March 20, 1956 in Columbus to Herschel Hendershot and Donna Rider Hendershot. He was a self-employed brick mason.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Susie Allender Hendershot; two daughters, Donita “Jo Jo” Hendershot Grider of Nashville and Buffy Ann (Gabe) Allender Jackson of Danville; a son, Joshua (Shelly) Hendershot of Bloomington; his mother, Donna Hendershot of Nashville; two sisters, Tamara Sue (Danny) Cooper of Indianapolis and Patricia Hendershot of Nashville; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Ron Hendershot; a sister, Linda Noel; and a son, Rodney Allender.
Todd was a member of Blackwell Pentecostal Church, he loved spending time with his family and doing wood working and fishing. In addition to being a brick mason, he had been the superintendent of East Monroe Water Corporation.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 2:00 PM in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, with Pastor Darrin Bowlin officiating; burial will follow in Burkhart Cemetery. There will be a Gathering of Friends and Family prior to services on Tuesday from 12:00 -2:00 PM in the funeral home.
