My Uncle Bob, I will miss you very much. You will always be with me. Love you!

The boys at Centennial Arms are very sorry and he will be sorely missed. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely loyal. We are certainly less off without him, and he will never be forgotten.

I would like to share a story of Bob and myself if I may. It is one of my many memories and good times with Bob so please indulge me.  One night on my many trips to Bob and Barbara's home, we were having dinner with about 8 other guests, after dinner, Bob and I wanted to have a cigarette but did not want to tell the others where we were going, so we said lets take the dog Missy for a walk, Ok so we were gone for about 20 minutes and when we returned they were all laughing at us, we could not figure out what was so funny, Barbara then told us we forgot the DOG,, Captured..I love you Bob

Love ya still. I was blessed for the good times and love we shared all of our lives, but most especially over the last few weeks. You and Barbara shared a good life together and I will always be grateful to her.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I met him through Joe Toledo at Mini Max years ago and loved his sense of humor and thought he was a great person. Definitely a blessing to all who knew him. RIP Bob!!

Dear Barbara,
It was today when I first heard the news. I am deeply sadden, yet find some peace in having the great opportunity of meeting him and working with him briefly to fill in his shoes when he retired from CCSO. The story's of his lifetime work is truly a legacy. The laughs we had will always be a treasure. Rest assure that God only picks the best flowers for his garden, I know that Bob will always stand out like a beautiful rose.

Bob, you were larger than life! You will be dearly missed.

I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Bob for many years when I was in the DA's Office Rackets Bureau. He was a great guy and a really great cop. Always had a smile on his face and always ready with a laugh. God Bless you and your family. Don Sullivan. Port Jefferson, NY.
