Michael Fagan

A much-loved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Michael Francis Fagan, 64, of Marco Island Florida passed away peacefully at his home after a 10 month courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Monday August 6, 2013 with his family present.

He was born January 30,1949 in Queens New York; he has lived in Marco Island for the past 17 years, having moved from East Moriches New York in 1996 to be closer with his family, as they meant everything to him. Michael was a retired New York City Police Officer and former Chief of East Moriches Community Ambulance, as well as the former President of Collier County 10-13 Club. Most importantly he Was a man who held the utmost integrity, loyalty and was fearless as he always worked tirelessly for those who surrounded him.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nancy Ann Fagan; daughter Kerry Ann Fagan ; son Michael and wife Justine Fagan; granddaughters Amanda, Kayleen ,and grandson Michael Harold Fagan Jr. sisters Maureen Lynn, Karen Fagan, Kathleen and husband Henry Maluvius, Sharon and husband Thomas Milmoe ,and brother Dennis and wife Mona Fagan as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at Hodges Funeral Home 525 111 avenue North Naples Florida 34108 (wake Friday 1-3 and 5-7)-Mass at 11 am Saturday St Johns the Evangelist
