Our Precious Mother, She wanted Us to Know,

I can't tell you, Mom, how many tears I've cried since the day I was told my precious mother had died.

It seems impossible although I know it's true,

Because everything I see reminds me of you.

I still hear your laughter and see you in the garden,

Smelling the roses and a smile on your face.

I would have lost my sanity, if not for God's saving Grace.

For you will speak softly in my heart

And in my mind

And I still hear you saying, “I love you so much,”

She fought a good battle,

Then gave it to God.

He said, “Okay, my Son, her work here is done,

Now carry her home to me,”

Jesus wrapped his arms around her soul,

And she smiled

Like a little girl holding her white bunny rabbit

And he said to her, “Mortie will come later,

I've come because I love you,

I never left you, nor forsake you.

Now it's time, let's get you home.”

Every day I say a prayer,

“May God bless my brothers and my sisters, and Dad, too.

The day will come when we will all be together

In our heavenly home with our mother.”

Mom wanted us to know

How much she loved us so.

I don't want you to worry about me anymore

And please don't shed anymore tears,

Because I will be here waiting for my children and my husband.

Although my body is gone and your heart is broken,

I have a brand new body now,

No more pain,

No more suffering,

No more sorrow.

All I want to hear is the ring of my childrens' laughter

My love will always be there as you go along the way,

Just take a look inside your heart,

This is where I'll stay.

Know that I loved each and every one of you

And I am sorry I couldn't stay.

Know that I loved my family and all my friends too.

My thoughts will be with you as you continue your journey

And will you please help your Daddy

Because he will need you more than ever.

May God bless you and keep you until we all meet again

She fought a battle, with courage and a strength that comes from above. She left behind faith and memories to uplift her family and friends when missing her becomes unbearable. Prayers and thoughts for those left behind that you may not dwell on missing her but keeping her alive in your memories,
