Francis "Frank" Joseph Ball

Francis “Frank” Joseph Ball, age 61, of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Jill A. McCormick Ball; three children, Angela L. Ball, Frank J. X. (Jessica) Ball, & Bryanna N. Ball; father, Francis X. Ball; mother, Mary G. (Noonan) Ball; aunt, Jenny Ball; and his grandchildren, Xavier, Lauren, and Avalon.

Frank was born in Lansing, MI, grew up in Lower Frederick Township, PA. He spent several years with his family enjoying the mountains of rural Georgia and came to reside with his wife in Cape Coral, FL to be closer to his parents, his daughter Bryanna, and his son Frank. Frank loved being surrounded by his closest family members in Florida.

Frank attended St. Mary Parochial School in Lower Frederick Township, PA (Delphi) and continued his education at Valley Forge Military Academy & College, Wayne, PA. Frank went on to graduate from North Georgia Technical College as a Networking Specialist, and completed his studies at Liberty University with an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction.

Frank enjoyed working with his flowers and had a green thumb when it came to bringing his plants into a beautiful and flourishing maturity and bloom.

Those of us who were touched by Frank's life are blessed by the imprint he left on our hearts. Frank will be deeply missed while we take comfort knowing that Frank is now at peace and surrounded by God’s light.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 14th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church (601 Seagate Dr., Naples, FL 34108). Internment will be held privately at Naples Memorial Gardens (525 111th Ave. N. Naples, FL).
