He was born January 29, 1937 in Buffalo, NY the son of John and Frances Costello Tronolone. His siblings were Michael, John and Madeline. He was educated by Jesuits and graduated from Canisius Collage in 1958.
Following his graduation from Canisius, Tony fulfilled his ROTC commitment to the US Army Reserves as a 2nd Lt. at Ft Bragg and Ft Dix retiring as Captain.
In April of 1959, Tony married Patricia Ann Faber in Buffalo, NY. At that time, he also began his insurance career as an underwriter with the Travelers Insurance company and worked in the Buffalo, NY area. After several years with Travelers and transfer to other branches, Tony and family moved back to Rochester, NY for employment with the Sibley Insurance Agency in 1968. The highlight of his insurance career occurred when he was offered a position at the Paris Agency and worked in commercial lines for Paris Kerwin Associates, Inc. as Vice President until he fully retired at age 80.
Tony and Pat enjoyed cruising and traveling and settled as seasonal residents in Naples, FL in a golf community in 2005. Golf was Tony's passion and he celebrated three hole in ones. They also enjoyed their summer residence on the bay in Webster and many longtime friends in the Rochester area and family in the Buffalo, NY area.

Survived by his wife of 61 years, Pat Tronolone; children, Mark Tronolone (Kathy), Peter Tronolone
(Bi Wei), Robert Tronolone, and Kristin Rowlands (Anthony); grandchildren, Daniel Tronolone (Kat), Darcie Morgan, Leo Tronolone, Valerie Tronolone, Jared Rowlands, Alexandra Rowlands; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Morgan, Theo Morgan, Natalie Tronolone, and Jack Tronolone.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in the Rochester area.
