Anthony Joseph Del Duca, age 85 passed away on June 14, 2011. Tony was born in Taranta Peligna, Italy on January 29, 1926, the son of the late Michael Del Duca, and the late Concetta Merlino Del Duca. Tony was a WW II combat veteran, serving in General Patton’s Third Army, in the Fourth Armory Division and was honorably discharged in 1946. Tony moved from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Naples, Florida in 1973. He is survived by His wife, Diana Regets Del Duca; his children, Michael Del Duca (Dawn), Catherine Del Duca, Ann Del Duca, and Concetta Del Duca Bedell; grandchildren, Michael Del Duca III (Victoria), Anthony Del Duca, Jessica Del Duca, Amanda Del Ducca, Julia Yurick, Samantha Del Duca, Perry Bedell and Weston Bedell; and his great-grandchildren, Brynn Del Duca and Brooke Del Duca.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 20th at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Avenue North, Naples, Florida 34108 from 12:30 until 3:00pm at which time a service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to Avow Hospice of Naples, 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, Florida 34105-3847.
