This beautiful lady was a big part of my life while I was in college at SFA 5 hours away from home.  Her and Grandpa Randall were always so welcoming and warm on every visit to their home.  I spent many years coming back to visit them and myself and my children adopted them as a second set of grandparents.  I am sad to have to say goodbye but I have full faith. We will be rejoined again in the heaven.  Rest well good and faithful servant.  

Spending time and Grandma and Grandpa Randall's house on the weekends when I was in college to me was the ultimate Ministry and Evangelistic experience. A safe, inviting, empowering, relationally healthy, God focused, Evangelistic enjoy field experience. They and their home made me want to invite people to come have a taste of Heaven. I was telling a friend that when I first heard the grandma passed my thought was that she is probably enjoying heaven a lot more. And I can just see they're waiting for me with  a hug and a Dr. Pepper for me, because you know that's going to be in heaven or the new Earth with all things renewed, and Sweet Tarts for Karl Harroff and Grandpa with a smile on his face yelling "Keep between the ditches!" I wish and pray that other people in every college town would pick up their vision to display the kingdom of God as an invitation to experience God's love and community.

What great memories I have of worshiping in the barn and playing ping pong in the house. The abundance of gum, drinks, pizza, friendship and love that was shared in your house. Thank you for being a home away from home to so many students.   What a beautiful story of love and compassion you lived out. 

Grandma, 
Your home was so loved by my friends and me from 2003-2007. Who knows how many people you impacted- I can estimate thousands. 

Grandma & Grandpa Randall had a huge impact on my faith as a young believer. Some of my favorite memories from my time at SFA are of being with friends at the Randall's home. The things I remember most are Grandma's homemade chicken and dumplings, a defunct hot tub full to the top with chewing gum packages that Grandpa would hand out to students on campus, a closet jam packed with board games, baked potatoes the size of footballs, and a fridge in their 2nd kitchen that was always fully stocked with cokes of every kind. On Sundays, if you came to church, they would take you to CiCi's Pizza. Sometimes, there were 10-15 students with them! They were truly the hands and feet of Jesus to so many, including me. I am so grateful for their faithful obedience to the calling God placed on them.

Aunt Jan always had an easy smile and a natural zest for life and was a delight to me as a young boy,  as was Uncle Javan (RIP).  She was a vast repository of Randall family lore and will be deeply missed for the bright light she carried for us all.  May she Rest In Peace.  ~ Perry Randall 

Granma as we called her she would help any body .. she was such a sweet lady she kinda adopted me as her own ...she will be deeply miss .. RIP granma .. u not hurting any more we love u 

I have so many memories  of grandma and grandpa. They fed many SFA students and shared the word with them. They are finally together again. Prayers for the family.
