Dianne (Reppond) Layton

Dianne Reppond Layton, 70, of Nacogdoches passed away on March 20, 2019, at her home. She was born on August 11, 1948, in Nacogdoches to parents Rufus William Reppond, Sr. and Mary Luceil (Tubbe)Reppond.

After finishing high school, Dianne had many different occupations, but she enjoyed working at Fredonia Bank in the proofing department for 15 years. She later worked at SFASU Post Office and the Registrar's Office. She became a truck driver in 2001. Earlier in life, Dianne coached her older daughter's soft ball team. She enjoyed taking care of her 4 grandchildren that lived with her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Rufus W. Reppond, Jr. and Thomas Reppond; sister, Helen Reppond; daughter, Stacey Scott; and niece, Kim Chandler.

Dianne is survived by her daughters, Stephanie and Jeff Quinn Sr., Sheila and Jerald Selby, and Christine and Pressley Allison lll and son-in-law, Carl G. Wilkerson, Sr.; grandchildren, Carl G. Wilkerson, Jr., Kyrstyn L. Miles, Lucian Kaioss Allison, Kravyn Danger Allison, Jeffrey Quinn, Jr. and Nikki Quinn, Tiffanie and Taylor Eddings, Kyle Quinn, Anthony and Katie Merriman, Aaron Merriman, Jacob Scott; great grandchildren, Veronica Myers, Michael Myers, Jeffrey L. Quinn lll “Trey”, Brayden A Clark, Kyliee Eddings, Logan Eddings, Olivia Merriman; one great great-grandchild, Brynsten; and nephew, R.W. Reppond lll and wife Melody Reppond.
