Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family especially her great-grandchildren. She loved to embrace vast terrain, adventuring through nature and traveling the country.
Survived by her sons, Terry and Jamey Brookshire; grandchildren, Savanna and Larry Tutt, Tiffany and Colton Herman, Brianne Lee, Shelby Brookshire, and Chelsea Brookshire; great great-grandchildren, Adam Tutt, Emry Wilkes, Rainee Parmer and Weston Powell; brother, Jimmy W. Morton and wife Diane.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Brookshire; brother, Wheeler Morton.
Graveside services will be held, 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 23, 2022, Blue Springs Cemetery.
