Mr. Richard Lee Patterson, age 62, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2011. He was born in Muskegon on April 28, 1949 to Clarence and Betty (Acker) Patterson. Richard is survived by his wife, Tammy and son, Troy of Muskegon; 4 nephews, Ricky, Chad (Rosheena), Heath and Tal; niece, Kayley; mother-in-law, Susan (Larry) Hovey of AZ; father-in-law, Dave Meisch of Muskegon; brother-in-law, David J. Meisch of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Roger and Terry. Richard had worked at Motor Service of Muskegon and at Valley City Sign of Grand Rapids. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and was very talented with engines as well as wood working. Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, July 1, 2011 at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel.
