He was born February 10, 1962, the son of Delbert and Patricia Bissell. He enjoyed fishing and being in the outdoors. He was a giving, funny, kind person who will be deeply missed.
He is survived by: his siblings, Christine (Brian) Lund, Leo (Melissa) Bissell, Tim Bissell, Ron (Tami Tjapkes) Bissell, Laurie (Dave Stewart) Yack, Brian (Violet) Bissell; half-siblings, Raymond Hackney, Glen Houting, and Dan Coe; and several nieces and nephews;
He was preceded in death by: his parents; half-brother, Michael; step-sister, Geana; and step brother, Eugene “Butch”.
At this time cremation will take place and no public service is being planned.
