Michael Scott Stone

Michael Scott Stone, age 57, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Born in Muskegon, Michigan, on December 12, 1966, to Wayne Stone and Dayle Green, Mike was a vibrant presence in the lives of those who knew him.

Mike had a deep passion for music, especially Elvis Presley, and enjoyed celebrating holidays, snowmobiling, and spending time around the campfire with his family. His love for collecting eagles and cars was matched only by his enthusiasm for cooking and decorating for the holidays. A dedicated Wolverine fan, Mike always looked forward to making his loved ones smile and feel happy.

He is survived by his mother Dayle Green; his children Jacquelyn Stone, Caysea Stone, Authm Hutchison, Ayvah Hutchinson, Michael James Stone, Craig Spain, and Roberto Rosales-Herrera; his grandchildren; his brothers, Clifford Donald Stone; his sisters, Debra Sue Helma and Laura Stone; his girlfriend, Hilda Herrera; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mike will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Details of the celebration will be shared with family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to ALS Association in Mike’s memory.
