She was born in Atoka, OK, on August 22, 1933. Juanita was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Barbara Howeth. She met and married Marvin Franklin in Santa Monica, California, in 1960. They then moved to Mineral Wells, TX, where she worked at Electra making resistors. They moved to Muskegon, MI, in 1969, where she became a stay-at-home mom.
Juanita is survived by three sons, Johnny Aaron, Les (Penny) Franklin, Chuck (Louise) Franklin, and Denny Lynn son-in-law; two daughters, Tina Franklin and Marva Lynn; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-great-grandchildren, and the love of her life, Jim Harbison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, a son, Martin, and a daughter, Sue.
